The BNI Orangeville First chapter, which meets in the city of Orangeville in Dufferin County, has recently been added to the Golden Horseshoe Region.

The chapter has been meeting for a number of years and boasts a very large Home Services Power Team. The President is Janet Sammut (Two Women With A Paint Brush), Vice President is Marg Anquetil (Decorating Den) and Secretary/Treasurer is John Bryan (Photography by John Bryan). Chapter mentor Brian Phillips already joined us on August 14 for the region-wide Mentor Breakfast which introduced the newly enhanced Member Success Program (MSP).

BNI Orangeville First is very excited to be part of the Golden Horseshoe Region. Many of the members do a great deal of business in Brampton and Mississauga and the alignment with the Golden Horseshoe Region will make it much easier to build relationships with fellow members in those areas.

We'd like to welcome our newest chapter members and we invite you to take advantage of having new BNI contacts in Orangeville and, as a welcome gesture, to think about who you know in Orangeville who could benefit from being a member in the BNI Orangeville First chapter.

On Thursday November 2, 2006 we will host the 8th Annual BNI Awards Gala.

This event is designed to recognize the most notable networker in each chapter in our region. Ballots are being handed out at chapter meetings across the region asking each of you to vote for that person, in your chapter, whom you feel is the best example of "Givers Gain."

On November 2nd, we will announce the chapter award recipients. Mark the date in your calendar to make sure that you are on-hand for all the excitement, and to show your appreciation to those who give the most.
